This is never a fun subject to talk about, but is necessary when selling online. Sometimes there are people who take advantage on various return policies when ordering on websites, or request refunds that are seemingly unreasonable. Repeating patterns of these things develop from the same user multiple times and the online seller takes the brunt of it. It would be nice to have a way to block users in these circumstances.
I fell this could be useful for any online seller who is concerned about these things.
This could be implemented by creating a sort of blacklist for emails. So if a customer tries to use the account with an email that is on the blacklist, they will not be able to place an order.
