This would be useful in having a streamlined way for customers to communicate with us on which location they would like to pick up their online order at. We have 2 locations, and 1 online hub. So we need a way for customers to be able to communicate which location they would like to pick their online order up at so that we can effectively transport the product from our online hub to the selected location.
This would be beneficial to retailers who have multiple locations, but 1 online hub.
I feel that this could work by adding an option at the online checkout. When a customer selects "in store pickup", they would be prompted with a multiple choice option where they would indicate which location they would like to pickup at.
