When a customer uses the instore POS to place an order, they see the oversized cards and the regular when they search for a card. The name of items is shortened, and the word oversized doe snot appear on the screen. Oversized versions of cards are generally cheaper, so they always click on those to purchase. Then when we pull the order, they always tell us they don't need that version, then they have to place a second order for the normal version, we have to pull another order for them, and we have to restock, and re-inventory the oversized card that was pulled.
