Change Color of all MTG artifacts to "Colorless"

In the past, we have designated the color of artifacts to be "Artifact". To be consistent, we have kept this standard procedure as new MTG sets are added to the catalog.

Now that "Colorless" is now a color since Zendikar block, let's go back and change all of the artifact singles in the catalog server to be listed as "Colorless" color instead of "Artifact". Then, we can remove "Artifact" as a color.
