Adding set to promo cards

I just spent Half an hour looking for a Nighthowler Gameday promo that was filed in the proper location for the non promo Version but on the invoices it does not say the Expansion name, I had to use my Point of sale and look the card up to find what set it was from.   Where if it was on the invoice I could have instantly found the location of the card.
