Ebay sync price and quantity only

For years, changes to products would only affect ebay listings Quantity and Price. That was preferable to the way it is now, where all edits on the ebay side are eradicated every time a price is adjusted.

    6 months later, no fix.  ebay item titles, images, and shipping settings are overwritten every time a price or quantity is changed.  It was better the way it used to work.  Change it back!

    Yeah. I am overseas using CC and now I can't Sync with eBay due to it forcing my shipping options to US options.
