Additional Pullsheet Sorting Options

To add:

  • need to be able to be sorted alphabetically within each parent category

  • change the name format to match TCGplayer pullsheets. In particular, FOIL-GRADE-SET-ALPHABETICAL

    I think we also should have Category as one of the sort options.... That way we can pull Yugioh, then Pokemon, then Magic, etc. TCGPlayer just started Yugioh as part of their direct program. Kind of hard to pull my RI pull sheet when I am bouncing between Yugioh and Magic (and possibly Pokemon) This should be as easy as sorting a spreadsheet. I should be able to 1st sort by Category, 2nd sort by Set, 3rd sort by card all A-Z
