Same-Day Shipping

I really would like to change email for Same-Day Shipping that says order is being processed, please call the store to find out pickup time but NOT to auto email them an say IT IS READY when I have not even gotten a chance to open the program to fill the order. This really bad because I have had complaints and even one person give us 1 out of 5 stars all because the email auto sends saying it is ready. PLEASE FIX THIS...
