We ran into an issue with large credit card payments from international customers as we would sometimes void them in Authorize.net (to avoid large fees) and then start a dialogue with the customer to verify order security and attempt to move them to other payment methods.
Multiple times when attempting to move an order from Payment Received to Awaiting Payment in an effort to organize the process the system simply ignored the request.
Can we have a form of override so that these orders can be moved around correctly - my team should be printing and pulling orders that I need to do more payment work on.
