Ready to be pickup

Just add the option Ready to be pickup to the order, so client know when they order are ready to be pick up

    We move each order from "Payment received" to "processing" then manually enter something like "Your order is ready for pickup" and then click on the email customer button. This would be great if for pickup orders when they are moved to "ready for pickup" that the customer would automatically be notified.
