When approving a buyorder list, allow for members to enter in comments of the changes they've made. The current buylist template also doesn't make sense with an option to "Note that the above buylist may not be the same as the one you submitted. All changes made by our staff will appear below:" but actually, any price changes don't get shown at all.
If the price changes aren't added to the buylist template, then there should be a comment section for members to enter in what they changed, otherwise the customer will just think "Oh, no changes were made"
