Changing awaiting payment in-store pick up email to be less confusing

As long as we have sold with CC (over 3 years now) we have had many complaints and misunderstandings with customers who have chosen to pick up and pay in-store. The current message is:

Dear John Doe,

We are currently awaiting payment for your recent order at Tabletop Game Swap. Once your payments have cleared, we will be able to fulfill your order.

I believe a better e-mail would be

Dear John Doe,

Your order is being prepared for Pick-Up at the store. Please allow 1 business day for processing and bring payment for the order as well. Below is the Pick-Up address.
