Only customers who have logged into the website are able to start placing items on their buy list cart

Customers on the websites can place their items into the buylist cart.  Currently, if they do not log in first, when they go to checkout, the website takes the customer to the log in page, the customer logs in, but they lose their buylist cart items and have to start over.

Allow customers to view the buylist, but have it so that, when they begin to add items to their buylist, if they have not logged in, the website takes them to the log in page first.
