Add international shipping options for non US sellers on eBay.

This is useful because around October 2018 something changed and CC now syncs shipping options with eBay when you sell an item. So some customers like myself can't use CC to sync to eBay. How to do it, just add 2 eBay shipping options, for some reason you only offer a portion of eBay's options. 2 options would fix this problem for all international sellers.
