Override: Set automatic shipping fees associated to a Product name

It would be useful to be able to override the shipping price associated to a categorie. SO the shipping fees are added automatically at checkout.

Instead of having multiple choice shipping fees for the user to select.

For huge products or specific products, shipping fees can be custom to the product. Per example a huge sculpture requiring a fee of 400$ of shipping.
