[P] Make it so buy order changes could be emailed to a specific email address instead of, or as well as customers

Owners who have employees would be able to track all changes to buy orders by receiving an email when an item was added, changed in, or deleted from a buy order.  Currently the only way to track this is through account activities and wading through lists of everything from drink sales on a POS to an adjustment of a price.  This would streamline buy order tracking.
