[P] ability to put store credit on an account easier.

I want to be able to accept say a $5.00 bill for a 4.50 order and apply the change to their account.  also a straight application of money into the store and it go onto their account.

    So many customers on Friday night ask to put their change onto their account.  It would be nice to be able to click a single button to make it so!
