POS buy and sell orders need to ignore opt in and quantity because we're verifying and deciding on the fly

If someone walks in to sell us their collection, we want to be able to decide to issue a buy order for the cards we get on the fly.  We don't want to have to go into inventory, add the number of x card that the customer brought in to the buy quantity, wait 3-10 minutes for the POS to catch the update, then go back in and remove the opt in quantity after the buy.  This creates a lot of unnecessary work.

Also we can verify what we are selling and since the system will allow selling negative anyway why does it not allow selling anything when there's a 0 quantity.  It should automatically allow selling manually.  Maybe add popups saying "are you sure" or a switch to allow or disallow this ability.

We're having customers waiting for us to go back and forth adding a card to inventory then waiting for POS to update before we sell or we sell them through the custom line item and can't track trends in sales.
