The POS needs some kind of returns option. Thankfully, we don't get very many returns but, when we do, it's a hassle for the staff because CCPOS doesn't have a simply returns window. Heck, even just allowing the standard POS to accept negative quantities so that you can refund a customer and completing the transaction enters the item back into inventory.
Yes.... this!!!! one click refunds from the POS that can generate a receipt, restock the item and return the payment out of sales! Employee's (and employers) make errors, and they may not have the experience with the Admin to know what to do (admin side can seem overwhelmingly complex to someone who isn't tech-oriented)
the system doesn't refund anything. I've never seen an adjustment show up to cash or credit when I try to refund using admin. This is a POS function and often people want a receipt. returns need to be in the POS like every other POS.....

Seconded! Currently a return sends you down a rabbit hole of order and inventory adjustments, and the jury-rigged procedure doesn't account for the change in sales tax owing.
