alright so when you click the drop down box for said video game example ocarina of time (can also be used with cards just the name of the condition would probably be NM, LP, MP, HP, Damaged) you can choose from Loose Good , New Good , Complete in box Good , Used in box only good, Loose, Fair , New Fair, Complete in box Fair, Used in box only Fair. so these are all of the options that we can choose form to ring up but all that we have in stock is Loose, Good (1) so why not have that be the only one for them to choose from i am trying to make it easier for them and harder for them to make a mistake if they can only select the correct one how can they mess up and select the wrong one. and example for cards would probably be if you only have a NM in stock why would you want your employee to accidentally ring it up as a HP which is significantly cheaper. So why give that employee the chance to mess up let them only have the option to click what you have instock.
