Reserved Quantity Change

Is it possible to instead of making "Reserved Quantity" items invisible, just mark them as "Only Available In-Store" from what I understand the a part of the reason the reserved quantity exists is to only allow some percentage of product to be availible through TCG Player and Amazon, however currently it's hiding the product from local customers as well. Could we get a change to reserved quantity or a second version of it that just marks items below a certain qty as "Only available in store?"
