Cash and Credit displayed on POS buy order screen

Online the buylist lists both cash and store credit amounts for the cards. The POS only shows the cash value. It would be good to show both for each card along with a running total for both. We can flip the store credit in the checkout for the total so not as important but the dual prices, if the store credit adjustment is implemented, should show on the POS item screen.
