Currently when a shopper in the cart makes a purchase online at a local store and intends to select in-store pickup as the shipping option, the cart still requires the shopper fill in a shipping address when that is non-applicable in this case.
When In-Store Pickup is one of the shipping options enabled, the choice of shipping type should come BEFORE any shipping address fill should happen so that this task can be bypassed when the In-Store Pick-Up Shipping Option is Selected by the Shopper since obviously the product is actually not being shipped at all. It's being picked up.
