I am a firm believer that welcoming back a return customer is essential. While there are ways to see if a customer has had previous purchases with me, it isn't clearly shown. Below are a few suggestions:
In the order screen to see a customer marked immediately with a star or something to show they are a returning buyer.
in the Admin -> Customers Menu: I would like to see their total money spent in a life time and also if they ever left a review on any thread
Admin -> Customers > Feedback: currently I only see eBay reviews. It would be great to have the other channels sync the feedback given by customers like on tcgplayer and manapool.
