Include full (9 digits) Postal Code when supplied by customer

When users enter their full postal code on Amazon and TCGPlayer (XXXXX-XXXX) only the first 5 digits are currently used in both the shipping and billing address on Crystal Commerce. We have had multiple orders returned from Texas due to no such number, and the only thing wrong with the address was the missing 4 digits. These extra four numbers are also supposed to help with delivery times.
