Add search filter for products with "Market Price : N/A"

Issue: alot of products in our system do not have a market price. They currently display N/A. This means the system cannot formulate a market price.

User Story: "Is there any type of search that will find products without market price data? I cannot find the products with N/A market price, so I cannot fix them"

Expected Result: add a search filter in the Inventory tab for searching up products with "Market Price: N/A"
