Adding a button in the admin to allow us to come to the idea portal

It would be awesome if we could have a easier way to get to the members idea portal and even the request a design link if there was a way that we can just click on a button in the dashboard. it will also allow new people and even older members to CC about this idea portal, we have had CC for i believe over 4 years and i am just now finding out about this page
