Printable buylist summary page for sending to customers.

Currently, the printer icon next a buylist does not create a printer-friendly document for sending to customers.  Nor does it give a grading summary (condition is not shown).  Nor does it show the comments with that buylist.  I don't think it's professional to send a check payment for a buylist without including an itemized grading summary. 

Here is what it needs:

  • Store logo header
  • Customer name
  • Order comments
  • Total payment summary
  • Itemized list of cards including grade, amount paid and quantity
  • Guest
