The store preference -> "Void unpaid orders after x days" should not take into account the preorder time period an order is in.

The member has their orders to void after 14 days
On the 19th June, there was a discount 'REFUNDED' to the order
This made the order appear not fully paid (but it was)
I believe when this order came out of preorder status on the 17th July (today), the system read this as unpaid and voided it.
The system is looking at the start date of the order being created as the day the order was first made.
For these orders, it should check to see if it is in preorder status, and if it is, the day it comes out of preorder status should be the day that the order 'begins'
