Extra features on the buylist approval page

Adding more functionality to the buylist approval tab (possibly other tabs)

  1. Make the buylist base price by modifiable

  2. Show the opt qty for all card conditions, regardless of what the customer put in saying they wanted to sell, so that the member can manually make changes

  3. Have the retail / sell price of each condition included in the buylist, which is also modifiable.
