New Report: Store Credit Awarded Details

We would like to have a report that shows a detailed breakdown of all store credit awarded over a period of time. It should include each manual store credit adjustment as a seperate entry, and include a log of :


-who made the store credit adjustment

-when the store credit adjustment was made


Also, each line in the report should link directly to the user account so you can click through to their account.
