I was hoping an improvement could be made to the appearance of store credit removal from customer accounts. If the color was changed to something like red for deductions, it would be much easier for both customers and staff to tell when an amount has been removed from the account.
We've had a couple of instances where staff has accidently added funds to an account, instead of removing them because the minus is so easy to miss. However, if the color changed for a removal, that would be an immediate visual clue that a mistake was made.
It would also make it much easier for the customer to view their transactions and correctly interpret what items are deductions.
