Update Endicia Integration to include UPS label printing

Currently we can only print USPS labels but the capability is available from Endicia to print UPS labels as well. We currently have to use two different systems to process orders so this would make it much more efficient. I have attached the code to implement this. I also have a html document version if you need it.
