Core2-Frontend: Fixes to the product details page

Some stores in core2 are not configured/prepared to handle payments (authorize.net accounts) so for those stores, we need to add information to the user that the only way to pay is 'in store'

In the product details page, we need to make that clear when seeing the options available to the user so they can effectively checkout.
