certain items or events have important information for the customer that we all write up in the description, but many of my customers dont see this because the description is collapsed when looking at the item on the website. I propose a way to set the description as open by default so I don't have to spend so much time informing customers of this or that. I often tell them "its explained in the description" but they then reply "where?" and I totally get it.. its not clear enough!
