Add checkbox for customers sending us buylists

Dear Crystal Commerce, we would like to know if there is a way to add a checkbox at the final step of submitting a buylist to us where the customer who is selling us cards, acknowledges and agrees to our "Buylist Guidelines" as detailed in the link below. Hoping this is a simple fix. Please advise.

    Does a status of "Shipped" for these ideas mean that this is now live on our front end?

    The checkbox should be required to check before a customer can click the button to submit their buylist. So if they try to submit the buylist order without checking the checkbox, it will highlight the checkbox in red and say in red letters that "This is a REQUIRED field".
