Presently, when an in-store order is marked shipped, the email sent to the customer alerts them that their order has been picked up. Understandably, this leads to concern and confusion. To me, it seems in everyone's interest that when a store prepares the order for a customer, that there would be a way to notify the customer it's ready to be picked up. I think it would be logical to replace the notification that often leads customers to believe their order was mistakenly given to someone else, with a notification for them to collect their order.
