Can you please change (and I have brought it up before) the automatic email system. Right now it sends an e-mail when people send an order online for 'in store pick up' that informs them that we are awaiting payment. Because of this I have had to turn off all automatic e-mails and I have to send every single one manually. So if we are closed someone placing an online order gets no order confirmation because of the inaccuracy of the e-mail wording for 'in store pick up'
The current wording for someone placing an 'in store pick up' order which does not need to be paid for in advance and is not being shipped is as follows:
Dear John Doe, We are currently awaiting payment for your recent order at 'store'. Once all your payments have cleared, we will be able to ship your order. Shipping Address: ------- ------- For your reference, here is what you ordered: Order Contents: ------- - 1x Adarkar Wastes $1.00 - 2x ordered, adjusted to 1x Towel $6.00 ------- Subtotal: $7.00 Tax: $1.05 Shipping: $0.00 Total: $8.05
This is huge and we spend -tons- of time explaining to customers why they are receviing this email because it's not feasible for us to turn everything off with the volume of orders we received. Tks
