[P] Set sale prices to start & end at specified times. Prices change automatically to and from sale prices and the website calls out the sale.

This way we don't have to change prices in the admin, we can schedule the sale to include certain items or entire categories or even search results like Qty > 50.  Toggle whether it also affects other marketplace integrations.  Website should have a sale section or at least some price callout on the product page.

    We do have monthly sales for certain items or categories of items and use the ability to schedule time based sales on a regular basis with our current POS. (these 10 products on sale in January, all puzzles on sale in February).

    You can do most of this in the Advertising>Coupon (stupid name) tab
