Add "Ready for pick-up" (either paid or unpaid) to the choices for order status.

Adding "Ready for pick-up" (maybe even paid or not paid) as an option for order status would be good for the stores and for the customers.  Customers would get an email when their order is ready and we would not have to keep the order in either processing or shipped status.
