Put a link to the ideas page in the Admin Panel

I knew this was here, but couldn't remember the link for the longest time. I searched in help, the website, and everywhere I could think of for months. I finally found it again when an idea was added on our behalf. I've bookmarked it now, but it should be easy for us to find, even a link from the help page, if you want people to meaningfully add suggestions or vote on them.

    I didn't know this existed but also was looking on crystalcommerce.com, admin, and help.crystalcommerce.com and couldn't find it.
