Put Reserve Qty under the Manage button (like opt qty) rather than the Edit button

It takes a ton of time to have to open a ton of new windows to edit the reserve qty for cards and would be a lot easier and take less time if it was an option you could change under the manage tab like opt qty, etc.

Put everything under the manage button instead of the edit button. I hate the pop up. it seems like we should be able to easily click, expand and edit items.
